A design-build renovation of the existing twelve story Wilson Building, which included a mezzanine level and lower basement level. Each floor providing 5100 SF of floor space, of which 1500 SF accounts for horizontal and vertical circulation of elevators, stairways and corridors. Improvements to new code compliant HVAC System, upgrade of the existing elevator operations, inspection of lapsed or expired existing mechanical systems as well as the balancing of other systems. Aesthetics of the interior improvements follow the clean loft/industrial feel with polished concrete floors, exposed ceiling and floor structure, exposed fire suppression and mechanical systems at LEAP Academy University Charter School – STEM Upper School totaling 73,000 SF located in Camden, New Jersey.
